Seneschal:

Discuss going through the loaner garb and putting the extra stuff on the Silent Auction.

Tentatively plan to inventory the Shire feast gear in April at the A&S Meeting.

Chatelaine:

Going to see if there's going to be a Hampton demo now that Kevin has left.

And is checking on Charles City for this year.

Exchequer:

We have money. The Food Pantry may not have cashed the check yet, so checking on that.

Fighter Marshal:

No winter practices. Hoping to get something going this summer.

Archery Marshal:

Trying for the Winter Shoot on Saturday, the 20th of February, tentatively 1-4 pm

Chronicler:

Needs photos and articles, ASAP.

A&S:

Unable to attend due to illness. Meeting this month will be a waxed linen demo.

Herald:

Nothing new.

Web Minister:

Need recipes.

Joint Heraldic and Scribal Symposium:

• Were aiming for the 23rd of April because NS Stellar University took the weekend in November. Anplica investigating from their end.
• Unfortunately, Silfren Mere hosting Kingdom A&S in February.

St. Augustine's Fair 2016

• August 19-21, contract and deposit already done (William given the copy).

• Feast Steward - Gida, every course a different country. Dessert to be a special cookie...

• William and Juliana planning to go to lots of classes
