As shortened by Dorcas Whitecap for the coronation of Hirsch III and Magdalena III in Lonely Tower.

AUGUSTIN: Take now your ease, O Calontir, for long is our history and great the list of names of our rulers. Hear their names, in solemn order recounted, and think of their accomplishments and failings.

DOLAN: In most ancient of days we were a land without Kings and Queens of our own, ruled from afar by the Dragon. But then came forth a Champion, avatar and harbinger of Calontir’s might, Brummbar, whom we named Warlord. May we ever follow the path upon which he set our feet.

DORCAS: Ternon, the Ringbearer, came to be our second Warlord. After him Brummbar the Younger was the third. The fourth Warlord was Chepe, and it was he who called the Falcon to be Calontir's own symbol.

KENDALL: Humpk stood proud as the last of the Warlords. But let not be forgotten here in this list Chrystopher Kynwood, who had won the right to rule as Warlord, yet set it aside to allow the advent of a Prince and Princess.

AUGUSTIN: Five couples in turn received coronets of Silver from the Dragon. Ternon, of blessed memory, and Ghlenna were the first. Then came Humpk the Younger and Mammara, followed by Brummbar and Valmai.

DOLAN: After them were Humpk the Stern and Mammara, the third to bear those names. Our fifth and final Prince and Princess were Cire and Elizabeth. Greatly did they labor to set the Falcon free.

DORCAS: First in the Royal line was Chepe, who stood sovereign upon these lands with Arwyn at his side. The Falcon took flight in victory upon the cold day our Kingdom was born, as the Dragon loosed our jesses.

KENDALL: There came to be made King, Shadan and Erzebet, his Queen. May her name never be forgotten in the Heartland. From Vatavia came William and Mammara, followed by Edward and Elizabeth.

AUGUSTIN: Fifth in the Royal line were Asgeirr and Miriam. They passed the Crown to Gabriel and Hywela. Then did King William claim the Falcon Throne with Queen Mammara, and became known to history as Calontir's first Duke and Duchess.

DOLAN: Remember the reigns of Valens and Susannah, and Thorvald and Branwen. Following them were Lorell and Zenobia, tenth in the Line of Kings and Queens.

DORCAS: Then the Crowns passed to Shadan and Alix, Volkmar and Isadora, and Tomeeki and Fionna.

KENDALL: In time then came Gabriel the Younger and Hywela. Roderick and Braden were the fifteenth King and Queen of Calontir.

AUGUSTIN: After that the Crown passed to Conn and Cadfael. Then Rorik ruled with Morgana, may she be forever honored in the Seelie court.

DOLAN: Their successors were Steffan and Lile, and Chrystofer with Brayden. Lorell sat the Falcon Throne, and with him was Iliya, who was first to award the Queen’s Prize.

DORCAS: Conn the Second ruled with Sheelagh, then Eringlin with Eleanor. After that time Valens claimed the Thrones with Elspeth by his side.

KENDALL: When their reign ended came Gilligan and Adelith. Then Chrystofer and Salamandra were twenty-fifth to sit the Falcon Thrones.

AUGUSTIN: Eringlin and Alethea were next to wear the Crowns, followed by Cuthbert and Branwen, who were succeeded by Donngal and Aislinn.

DOLAN: After them did Valens reign with Susannah. Luther then crowned Lenore as Queen, may she live forever in our hearts. They were the thirtieth couple in the line of kings and queens.

DORCAS: In their turn came Eringlin and Alethea. Then Joe Angus ruled with Phaedra, and great legends were born.

KENDALL: Next ruled Thothrekr and Yrsa, Fernando and Lyriel, and Valens with Comyn, who were thirty-fifth to wear the Falcon Crowns.

AUGUSTIN: Came again to the Falcon throne Donnegal and Aislinn, followed by Martino and Ariel, and Chrystofer with Margarette.

DOLAN: When Valens and Susannah departed the thrones, they were ennobled as Protector and Defender of the Heartlands.

DORCAS: And it was Joe Angus and Phaedra who ruled as the fortieth Royal Couple, succeeded by Siridean and Sheelagh, then Garrick and Yasamin.

KENDALL: Tristram and Katrine ascended the Falcon Thrones, with Martino and Ariel after them. In their Majesty did Semjaka and Xorazne tower over all those who would stand against the Falcon.

AUGUSTIN: Then came Tristram and Caillin, Lorell and Cadfael, Angelo with Jane, and then Anton ruled with Isabeau.

DOLAN: In the twenty-fifth year of our Sovereignty, Luther brought Maerwyn to the throne, and celebrations were held across the land.

DORCAS: When their reign ended, they were followed by Martino and Ariel, then Hirsch and Magdalena, and Ostwald and Kaye. May he fly forever on the wings of the Falcon.

KENDALL: Ashir and Maerwyn led the Eo-Fyrd and Eo-Hirth to all corners of the Blue Sky. After them came Anton and Isabeau, who were the fifty-fifth Royal couple, then again Ostwald and Kaye.

AUGUSTIN: Celebrate the reign of Lucian and Conna with cries of Santa Maria! Then came the rule of Hirsch and Magdalena, succeeded by Donnegal and Catalina.

DOLAN: Next came Damien and Issabell, the sixtieth in the Royal line. Martino and Ariel followed them, and were followed in turn by Agamemnon and Gwen.

DORCAS: Came then Anton and Isabeau, who created the Stile Fyrd and Hirth, each equal to their brothers in honor and service to the Falcon Crown. Xerxis and Bel’Ana ruled after them.

KENDALL: The sixty-fifth rulers of Calontir were Matsunaga and Elena. Came next Logan and Ylva, then Ashir and Ashland. Damian and Issabell were first to hang collars of white upon the Masters of Defense.

AUGUSTIN: Ashir and Ashland again ruled the heartland, followed by Xerxis and Bel’Ana, seventieth in the Royal Line.

DOLAN: Remember the undiminished majesty and dignity of Donnegal and Catalina. In turn did Anton rule with Yseult, Rainbow Queen.

DORCAS: In distant memory did Lucian and Tamar enter upon the long campaign as imperator et imperatrix Calontirii. Though the days in camp seemed numberless, yet were they rich with learning, and rare excursions for parley were eagerly undertaken. At last the long march concluded, after many miles and many months, with a triumphal return to the heart of the Heartland. True to his name, Lucian Fidelis kept faith with Calontir, and like the date palm, Tamar nurtured the people. And now their reign, like all reigns, has finally ended.

GOLD FALCON: Behold now the Falcon Thrones, empty, awaiting none but the true Heirs. Look well upon the glory of Calontir, and know that you will soon behold the direct descendants of a line of Royalty, a legacy unbroken, a glory undiminished, where the Falcon flies free.
