- Kitchenette: full-size stove, double sink, full-size fridge, in the "community room" (19' x 10')
- Feast Hall space: "community room" (~27'x 37') vs. the gym
- Royal Privy Chamber space: former front office - room for a couple of tables and queen-sized cot (roughly 12 x 15 ft)
- Court: Indoors in the gym vs Outdoors with the baseball field bleachers
- Combat: Baseball diamond vs gym (need to protect the maple floor)
- Safe Archery Field to the south of the baseball field
- No Equestrian space
