  • Blank shield/badge doodle forms
  • Blank submission forms
  • Forms holder for each table - top for clipboards plus 2-4 slots (doodle, name, device, badge)
  • Half-page submission instructions (for at home)?
  • Waterproof document holders (?)
  • Paperweights
  • Favors
  • Pens, pencils, erasers (big erasers), markers (Crayola, permanent and whiteboard), consider white gel pen for sable charges
  • Clipboards, paperclips, rulers
  • Marker holder for each table (x2)
  • Reference cards/posters - no-copy list, lingual mixes
  • Mini period armorials
  • Walk-through history folder/book?
  • Table Runners
  • Extra totes/protective covers (use blanket tote and tarp)
  • Marine/ATV battery with cart (since no plug-in power)
  • Extra work table (wooden cart on end worked well raised on sled with a scribal lecturn in 2015)
  • Garbage holder

Confirm with War Herald-in-Charge:

  • Budget
  • Tent
  • Tables
  • Signs & sign board
  • Water cooler

Confirm with Heralds:

  • Taking submissions? (per Saker/Eyas/Gold Falcon)
  • Who is bringing Saker books? Red Hawk books? Rouge Sanglier books? Other?

Get ice AFTER morning camp cry, use chits for "official" ice

Organize Saker books (Britano-French, Germanic, Misc./Rules)

Three tables works great (two for consulting, one for cries/overflow)

Sharing with A&S coordinators was nice for bigger space for above

Clock with hanging screw was nice (hung Calontir clock from lectern in 2015)

Can get two heralds per table, kitty-corner across from each other works nice to have room for books/clients to spread out

Track clients, submissions, heralds (small notebook/belt book, whiteboard)

Pay attention to A&S side of things if sharing tent and low on A&S personnel to watch the class board

Consider: book shelf/tote, used spare tent walls to raise totes off the ground in 2013, just had on ground and on Caoimhin's cart in 2015

Oracle station - wood cart (worked well, but got warm in the afternoon - move all tables farther inside the tent)

2015 - 44 clients, almost 30 submissions, laptop in power saver mode lasted most days being plugged in to the ATV battery and recharged quickly back at camp, phone piggy-backed off laptop as needed, don't seem to have drained the ATV battery, tablet took forever to recharge and couldn't keep up when plugged in and in use (although wasn't in power saver mode at the time - just used laptop the rest of the week) HE Magnus said he would ask about getting us a power outlet off the showers.
