- When started in SCA: It was a fair day in AS XXVI when I first encountered a fighter practice in the Shire of Wolfscairn, Kingdom of the West. I attended several meetings, including business, arts and sciences, and heraldry cross referencing.
- In AS XXVII I moved to the Shire of Starhaven, Kingdom of Trimaris and became active in both the Shire and the local College of Golden Keep, serving as the latter's group herald for a term. I also became actively involved in heavy armored combat, and learning the ins and outs of armor smithing.
