• Potluck grazing and supper on Saturday (regions based on heralds reporting regions)
  • Northeast - main dishes (since we have the least distance to travel)
  • Northwest - salads or fruit or veggies
  • Central Region - desserts
  • Southwest - bread and butter and cheese (possibly the greatest distance to travel)
  • Southeast - drinks (also a significant travel distance)
  • Bring your own beverage/s

• Crash space options
  • 4 cots, one full-size futon, one twin mattress
  • Blue bedroom - 1-2 people
  • Green bedroom - 2, maybe 3 people
  • Beige bedroom - 2-3 people
  • Front bedroom - 3-5 people (full-size futon)
  • Project room (on main level) - 6+ people
  • Basement/dungeon - ? brave souls ?
  • Football-field-size backyard for tents/small campers
  • Also restored Frank Lloyd Wright hotel 15-minutes walk away (The Historic Park Inn)
• For those with potential non-herald travel companions, the site is next door to a large city park with the usual park amenities, plus hiking/biking trails, frisbee golf, Frank Lloyd Wright house tours, art museum, etc. all within walking distance.
• And there is room for fighting in the backyard, if that seems necessary.

Tentative Schedule:

• Friday 7 pm - early arrivals
• Saturday 9-10 am - later arrivals
• Sunday noon - everybody out!
