Heraldshill Fiber Symposium Inn 2016

November 12th. Lunch only.

No dedicated lunch hour, so we made sure the menu was easily portable. Tentatively planned for 180 people, about 205 Trolled in...

Inn Steward - Anastasia da Carrera Assistants - Juliana MacNayre, Jutte Roose van der Brugghe, William Fletcher of Carberry, Anna die Schatzin, Brigida von Muenchen, Sofya la Rus, Gobban MacRoibeard...

Runzas - (number made)

• Juliana - beef with sauerkraut (), vegetarian "beef" (), BBQ chicken ()
• Stasi - taco (), vegetarian taco ()
• Vegetarian pizza (), pork with mushrooms ()
• In labeled baskets, beef seemed most popular

Thick soup/stew:

• 2 (?) gallons of each type
• Beef and barley - Stasi, dairy free, gluten light
• Creamy squash soup - Stasi, vegetarian, gluten free
• We filled cups and laid out on the counter with labels and ingredient lists (and bouillon jars for reference)
• No crackers since soups thick and hearty

Dessert:

• Juliana - energy balls, non-dairy but had peanut butter ()
• Gida - shrewsbury cakes and current filled cookies (no nuts)
• Anna - death-by-chocolate cookies (two pans, no nuts)
• Jutte - oatmeal chocolate chip, pumpkin, salted caramel, all no nuts (a couple of pans)

Also:

• Assorted cheeses, summer sausage
• Hardboiled eggs (Jutte made 5 dozen)
• Grapes ()
• Veggie plate - broccoli, carrots, cauliflower ()

Beverages:

• brewed coffee
• hot water for tea/cocoa/cider packets
• lemonade

Coffee cups for beverage and soup, considered lids for the beverage but didn't get Cardboard trays with spots to secure 2 cups and an open area for everything else worked really well. "Strongholder 2-cup carrier".
