My husband and I started in the SCA in early 1986 in the Principality of Drachenwald. We left in late 1987 for the United States -- without our P.C.S. awards. After our kids were older, we found a local group in the Kingdom of Calontir in 1994. We were one of the founding families of my current Shire soon after that. Significant events since then (competitions, championships, tourneys, first event, etc.)
