They are high in carbs and protein......great for after exercising!

2 C butter 2 C oatmeal 2 C brown sugar 1 C oat flour 1.5 C white sugar 1/2 C chia seeds 2 C peanut butter 2/3 C sunflower seeds 4 eggs 1/2 C flax seeds 3 C flour 1 C Craisins 4 t baking soda 1 t salt

Cream butter and sugars together until well mixed. Add peanut butter and eggs and mix well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Drop large spoonfulls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
