Blank Border Competition:
Entries should be made to fit within a standard frame (for example, 8"x10" or 11"x14") with a minimum area equivalent to the area of 4”x6" for text. Please make the scroll on an acid-free, heavyweight paper/cardstock/bristol board/pergamenata suitable for doing calligraphy on later.
All entries will be donated to the Crown. Please make sure to sign your entries on the back. There will be index cards and a pen available for labeling your entry; at a minimum please list your name and the culture of our entry. Further documentation is welcomed, but not required. (Suggested documentation would be a printoff of your exemplar, or a brief description of what your work is inspired by.)
Populace vote will determine the winner. Please place your entry on the table at the start of the day. Votes will be counted 2 hours before evening court.

Bardic Competition

The theme is, "Learned or composed specifically for this event."
Everyone is welcome to participate, whether you have experience doing bardic things or not. Newbies are more than welcome!
- I had a wonderful time seeing everyone at Coronation yesterday! For those of you who couldn't stay for the Bardic competition in the evening, here is a recorded version of the piece I wrote and performed for the occasion. I am honored that this song was selected by Their Majesties as the winner of the Bardic competition, and am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their celebration. Shalom!
