• What a great weekend! Flynthill did a great job of putting on Melon Wars. The main building was buzzing with activity all day and I loved seeing so many people working on projects......the feast cooking smelled amazing! I'll admit by midday Saturday the rain and moat around my tent had me feeling discouraged, but seeing old friends, an awesome massage by[Ibn Nizami], selling some soap and hats, making new friends, a fantastic feast and fun bodice contest made my glad I didn't wimp out go home. Can't wait for next year! (Although I'm bringing my houseboat.) - Antonia Stefani
