* When started in SCA: It was a fair day in AS XXV when I first encountered a fighter practice in the Shire of Wolfscairn, Kingdom of the West.  I attended several meetings, including business, arts and sciences, and heraldry cross referencing.
* In AS XXVI I moved to the Shire of Starhaven, Kingdom of Trimaris and became active in both the Shire and the local College of Golden Keep, serving as the latter's group herald for a term. I also became actively involved in heavy armored combat, and learning the ins and outs of armor smithing.
* In AS XXX I returned to Wolfscairn and became inactive for a time.
* In AS XXXIV I moved to the Shire of Needleham (now gone), Kingdom of Ansteorra. I was moderately active, but mundane life tended to get in the way.
* In AS XXXVIII I moved to an area of no affiliated local group in what was soon to be the Kingdom of Glenn Abhean. I attended fighter practices, dancing lessons, and a revel in the Shire of Standing Stones.
* In AS XLI I returned, again, to Wolfscairn and tried to return to some activity, but those that I had been in contact with were inactive or gone.
